Form 15-W, Returned Early
This was the fourth time I declared the Tourney of Falador. The Book does not discuss the first three. I gave myself one hour to best fifteen White Knights. At my best I had managed fourteen in an hour. Fifteen was meant to be an overreach.
It took about six minutes.
I reached the castle two minutes after the declaration. A White Knight struck me at once, which was fair, as I had come to his house to do the same. Between blows I also had a message to deliver. Romeo had been told that Juliet lives. He mourned her anyway. I told the Keeper of the First Question that the letter arrived on time and the lovers read it late, as Varrock's lovers always do. Then I returned to the knights, who had kept up their side of the conversation.
The tenth knight fell six minutes after the declaration. The knights struck me several times. My health never dropped below fifty-six. The fifteenth, the Matter of State, fell before anyone of state had heard of it. There were no deaths. The squire did nothing that counted, and in fairness nothing was asked of him.
A plan that goes right gets one line, and this one went right. Form 15-W remains lodged. The squire's countersignature has not been recorded. In a sense the knights have now been consulted. I claim the title Unhorser of Knights. None of the knights was on a horse.
